This time our main character is Firion (hero), with other playable character like Maria (archer), Guy (monk), Leon (dark knight), Gordon (prince), Josef (villager), Leila (pirate), Minwu (white mage) and Ricard Highwind (dragoon).
The plot story is about the fall of Fynn Kingdom by the feracious Palamecian Empire. Firion and his friend join in the rebellion army to fight The Emperor who use demonic power.

Originally release for NES platform in 1990, and had remake for Nintendo DS in 2006. We play with Luneth (courage), Arc (kindness), Refia (affection) and Ingus (determination). The four of them came as freelancer in which we can change their job classes through the game play.

Active Time Battle (ATB) originally introduce in this game, more playable character with unchangeble class, Cecil (dark knight), Kain (dragoon), Rosa (archer), Cid (engineer), Rydia (summoner), Tellah (sage), Edward (bard), Yang (monk), Palom (white mage), Porom (black mage), Edge (ninja) and Fusoya (guardian). Battle team now can consist of 5 character max to compensate 12 playable character.

Battle system in Final Fantasy V use changeable class job like Final Fantasy 3 with addition of Blue mage, Time mage and Mime. Playable character is reduced to 5 : Bartz, Lenna, Galuf, Faris and Krile (available after Galuf death).

Release in 1997 for PlayStation platform. Final Fantasy 7 is the first game that come with 3D graphics and the most popular in in the series. Playable character include : Cloud Strife, Tifa Lockhart, Barret Wallace, Aeris Gainsborough, Red XIII, Cait sith, Cid Highwind, Yuffie Kisaragi and Vincent Valentine. unlike the predecessor, a battle team now limit to three character.
The skill system just like FF 6, but has a modification and now called Materia. Also the "Desperation Attack" that is introduced by FF 6 now called "Limit Break" that can be fill when character receive an amount of damage.

FINAL FANTASY VIII
The most romantic story between Squall Leonhart and Rinoa Heartily heat this game up. Other character is Quistis Trepe, Zell Dincht, Selphie Tilmitt, and Irvine Kinneas. There is also Laguna Loire, Kiros Seagill and Ward Zabac who appear in flashback sequences. The 3D graphics has enhanced to be smoother than Final Fantasy 7.
The skill system use Guardian Force that work just like magicite/esper in Final Fantasy 6. The only flaw in this game i think is the "Draw" system that is required to suck magic from enemy encounter.
FINAL FANTASY IX
After a high-intimate romance story in Final Fantasy 8, this series come with a lighter plot and cuter character. There is 8 playable character include : Zidane, Princess Garnet/ Dagger, Vivi, Steiner, Freya, Quina, Eiko and Amarant.
Final Fantasy 9 made to more traditionally like the early final fantasy games with spesific classes/job character and lot of avalaible equipment.
FINAL FANTASY X
As the new PlayStation 2 platform release in 2000. Square enix develop their new series of Final Fantasy. Came with more water elemental, we play as Tidus, accompany by Yuna, Kimahri, Wakka, Lulu, Auron and Rikku in their adventure in the world called "Spira".
